ENRICHMENT PLAN

PV: All products are assigned a number called PV. The terms PV means point Volume. This is the figure on which all commissions are paid every month. Your PV is simply the total value of the products your purchase every month. If in a given month you purchase products worth Rs. 1000/- (Without taxes), your PV can be 1000,00 or less depending on the products of it may change in accordance with periodic price adjustments.

Performance incentive income a based on products purchases

You earn performance incentive based on monthly accumulative of PV, which is based on product purchases. IXIA sale & marketing plan provides a range of incentives from 10% to 38% based on the total point volume generated by you & your personal group. The business done by your downline networking is also added to your business every month and the total business of the current month and of previous months are also added to your business to determine your level. Once you have been promoted to a certain level, you will never come down and keep on achieving higher levels. There is no time limit when to achieve the levels. The performance incentive due to your downline deducted from the gross performance incentive and paid directly to your sponsored Associates by IXIA and your earnings are paid directly to you. These payments are made in the form of Cheques or incentive vouchers after deducting T.D.S., as applicable.

Note : In order to get performance incentive income an associate must have a minimum personal of Rs. 500/- and Rs.1000/- (At Associate price) from Director Level and above.
Fast Track Director Bonus

If your sponsor a direct associate and he earn 1,200,00.00 PGPV in a calendar month then you get 3% fast track director bonus.

Qualified Director

After qualifying director level, if you earn 25,000 in a month then your will be treated as qualified director in the particular month.

Personal Group Point Volume (PGPV)

The PV earned by you different legs and your personal PV shall be your PGPV. When in your any leg, an associate qualifies Director level then his PV will be treated as your PGPV.

During the period, the fund earned by the qualifier will be held back by the company and will be paid to the qualifier only he/she purchases a bike approved by the company. To enjoy bike fund, one must maintain one qualified director and 20,000 PGPV every consecutively for three months. you will get bike fund till 1 year after completing qualification criteria. The Bike fund is computed by a point sharing system based on the director bonus points earned by the qualifiers each month as per formula shown below:

Traveling Fund 2%











IXIA Provides traveling fund to all qualified ruby directors. 2% of the total PV of company has been fixed for tour & travels. The traveling fund will be used only for Trips fixed by the company from time to time and can not be postponed to the next following year. To Enjoy traveling fund, one must maintain Two qualified directors and 20000 PGPV every consecutively for three Months. you will get traveling fund till 1 year after completing qualification criteria. The traveling fund is computed by a point sharing system based on the director bonus points earned by the qualifiers each month as per formula shown below:

Qualifier's Traveling Fund = 2% of the total company's monthly PV/ Total Director Bonus points earned by all Qualifiers X Qualifier's director bonus points.

Car Fund 3%















IXIA Provides car fund all qualified DIAMOND Directors 3% of the total monthly PV of company will be distributed amongst all the qualifiers. The car fund will be given to all qualified directors and they must maintain four qualified directors in four different legs with 20000 PGPV for three month.

The qualifiers will keep on enjoying car fund for two years and they must have two qualifiers legs or above every month. An associate qualifying for the car fund has to purchase car with in period of three months. During the period, the fund earned by qualifiers will be held back by the company and will be paid to the qualifier only when he/she purchase a car approved by the company.

You will get car fund till 2 years after completing qualification criteria. The car fund is computed by a point sharing system based on the director bonus points earned by the qualifiers each month as per formula shown below.

House Fund 2%

The house fund will be given to all qualified Emerald Directors and They must maintain Six qualified directors in six different legs with 20000 PGPV for three months. The qualifiers will keep on enjoying house fund for ten year and they must have three qualified directors in three different legs or above every month. An associate qualifying for the house fund has to purchase a house with in period of six months. During the period the fund earned by qualifiers will be held back by the company and will be paid to the qualifier only when he/she purchase a house approved by the company.

You will get house fund till 10 years after competing qualification criteria. The house fund is computed by a point sharing system based on the director bonus points earned by the qualifiers each month as per formula shown below.
